Jeff Wright
President
Jeff has lived in Conchas Chinas full-time for over 5 years. Previously, he owned a small chain of luxury stores in Texas for 35 years. He moved to Puerto Vallarta from Dallas in 2017, and has been president of CCHA since 2019.
Rita Hoff
Treasurer
After a long and productive career in the Investment Industry, Conchas Chinas was the perfect tranquil spot to escape the cold Canadian winters and experience the vibrant Mexican culture. Although Rita and her husband Eivind spend over four months in the winter season in Puerto Vallarta, she actively serves on two boards in Canada and is Treasurer of her condominium building in Conchas Chinas.
Ulises Alfaro
Assistant Vice President
Ulises is the General Manager of Lindo Mar Resort. Prior to that he was the General Manager of Ocho Cascadas for more than five years. Ulises has managed several properties in Mexico and Park City, Utah. He and his partner both grew up in Puerto Vallarta, and she is a professional photographer.

Josue Solis
Administrator
Josue was born in Mexico City and moved to Puerto Vallarta in 2022.
He has a degree in Robotics Engineering from the Instituto Politenico Nacional.
