Jeff Wright
Presidente
Jeff has lived in Conchas Chinas full-time for over 5 years. Previously, he owned a small chain of luxury stores in Texas for 35 years. He moved to Puerto Vallarta from Dallas in 2017, and has been president of CCHA since 2019.
Rita Hoff
Tesorera
Después de una larga y productiva carrera en la industria de inversiones, Conchas Chinas fue el lugar tranquilo perfecto para escapar de los fríos inviernos canadienses y experimentar la vibrante cultura mexicana. Aunque Rita y su esposo Eivind pasan más de cuatro meses en la temporada de invierno en Puerto Vallarta, ella sirve activamente en dos juntas en Canadá y es Tesorera de su edificio de condominios en Conchas Chinas.
Ulises Alfaro

Ulises is the General Manager of Lindo Mar Resort. Prior to that he was the General Manager of Ocho Cascadas for more than five years. Ulises has managed several properties in Mexico and Park City, Utah. He and his partner both grew up in Puerto Vallarta, and she is a professional photographer.

Josue was born in Mexico City and moved to Puerto Vallarta in 2022.
He has a degree in Robotics Engineering from the Instituto Politenico Nacional.
